Ingredients:
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2-1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
semi-sweet chocolate chips
|
Directions:
Mix together shortening, eggs, sugars, and vanilla. Add in flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips.
Bake on lightly greased or parchiment paper lined cookie sheet 8-10 minutes at 375.
